Pricing questions
Does Napiro take a commission on appointments?
No. You pay the subscription, and that is all. Your clients do not pay online: the service price is shown for information and paid at the salon.
Does the price change with the size of the team?
No. The price is the same for one person or a whole team, and there is no limit on appointments.
How many SMS are included?
150 SMS a month. Beyond that, additional SMS are paid by the salon, at a rate that depends on the recipient’s country: the calculator above gives an estimate.
How does the free trial work?
The first 14 days are free, no card required. You then choose the monthly subscription, which you can cancel at any time, or the yearly one, with two months free.
