Salonkee alternative

A Salonkee alternative for your salon in Switzerland

Comparison

What changes between Salonkee and Napiro?

Salonkee shows “from CHF 79 per month” for its Start plan, without publishing its setup fees, its commission or the team size included. Napiro costs CHF 39 per month or CHF 390 per year, with no setup fee, 150 SMS reminders included and as many team members as you want. Salonkee keeps the edge if you rely on its platform to be found by new clients, on its till or on its payment modules.

Salonkee is one of the most widespread salon tools in French-speaking Switzerland: calendar, booking page, till and a platform where clients look for a salon. Napiro does fewer things, at a fixed price. This page says which ones, with figures, so you can decide with full knowledge.

The same criterion on each row, the two tools side by side. Salonkee publishes a starting price and the contents of its plans, not the details of its terms.

When to keep Salonkee

When does Salonkee remain the right choice?

  1. 01

You get clients through the platform

If part of your new clients find you by searching for a salon on Salonkee, that is a source Napiro does not replace: your Napiro page is only visible to those you give the link to.

  2. 02

You take payments and invoice in the same tool

The Plus and Business plans include a till, key figures and gift vouchers, and Salonkee Payments adds a terminal and online payment. Napiro does none of that: you keep your current till.

  3. 03

You run several salons with marketing campaigns

Centralised multi-salon management, email and SMS campaigns, loyalty programme: Business plan features Napiro does not have. If you really use them, they are worth their price.

When to choose Napiro

When is Napiro the better fit?

01

You want a price known in advance

CHF 39 per month or CHF 390 per year, whatever the size of the team, with no setup fee and no module to add. With Salonkee, the starting price is public; the rest is discussed with a sales rep.

02

Your clients already come to you

A well-established salon does not need a directory where its competitors appear next to it. With Napiro, your booking link carries your name and fits into your website, Instagram and your Google listing.

03

You want SMS reminders included and a trial with no commitment

150 SMS reminders per month are part of the subscription, and the trial lasts 14 days with no credit card. You create your services and hours, test with real appointments, then decide.

Switching

How do you move from Salonkee to Napiro without losing clients?

The switch happens in parallel, during the trial: the old tool stays open until the new one has taken over.

  1. Export your client file

Ask Salonkee for an export of your clients (names, phones, emails). Napiro reads a CSV file and flags duplicates before creating them.

  2. Create your Napiro page during the trial

Services, durations, prices, team and hours: allow an hour. Appointments already booked in Salonkee are re-entered over the following days, starting with the next two weeks.

  3. Replace your booking link

On your website, your Google listing, Instagram and your messaging: the new link goes out instead of the old one. Your clients do not create an account, they book directly.

  4. Tell your clients, then cancel

A message to regular clients is enough. Check your Salonkee cancellation terms, which are not on its pricing page, and close the old account once the Napiro calendar is up to date.

Questions

The questions we get about Salonkee

Is Napiro cheaper than Salonkee?

On published prices, yes: Napiro costs CHF 39 per month or CHF 390 per year, and Salonkee shows “from CHF 79 per month” for its Start plan. Salonkee publishes neither setup fees nor prices for its Plus and Business plans; ask for a written quote before comparing a specific case.

Will I lose clients by leaving the Salonkee platform?

Your current clients, no: you keep their details and send them your new link. Those who found you by searching on Salonkee, perhaps: Napiro has no marketplace. If that source matters to you, Salonkee remains the right choice.

Does Napiro have a till or online payment?

No. Napiro handles the calendar, the booking page, client records and reminders. You take payments as you do today, with your terminal or your till; no payment goes through Napiro, so no commission.
